Apply to your freshly cleaned tattoo, carefully and gently. This stage of healing is crucial to keeping your tattoo looking as good as possible. Patch test before applying this cream to your fresh tattoo. You should be applying your after-care cream as often as your skin requires for at LEAST the first two weeks after you get inked. A little cream goes a LONG way.
